I'm Lisa Cotton, founder of Human in the Loop Leadership.I work with leaders and organisations on the questions that matter most for the future of work: how to adopt AI in ways that make humans more |capable, not less, how to design organisations that |are fit for the next decade, and how individual leaders shape careers worth having.After 30 years in executive roles, I founded Human in the Loop Leadership to bring that experience to a wider set of leaders: small and mid-sized businesses, for-purpose organisations, executives in transition, and the portfolio-curious. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, organisation design, and human capability. I'm a Gallup CliftonStrengths Certified Coach, graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, board director and chair, and a startup mentor.The idea behind Human in the Loop Leadership is simple: technology will continue to change what work looks like, but the work of leading people, making decisions worth living with and building organisations worth being part of, stays human.That's where I focus.Based in Sydney.
